These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and users of our facilities, including those attending events, using recreational areas, or renting facilities.
All visitors must follow park rules for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Expected conduct includes:
✓ Respect other visitors and park staff at all times
✓ Follow posted signs and staff instructions
✓ Keep noise levels reasonable and respectful
✓ Dispose of trash in designated receptacles
✓ Use facilities for their intended purpose only
✓ Supervise children at all times
✓ Report any unsafe conditions or emergencies to park staff immediately
Park facilities are provided for the enjoyment of all visitors.
When using our facilities:
✓ Follow all posted capacity limits and time restrictions
✓ Facility rentals require advance booking and payment
✓ Do not damage, vandalize, or misuse park property
✓ Clean up your area after use
✓ Respect reserved areas and scheduled events
The following activities are strictly prohibited within the park:
✓ Alcohol consumption without proper permits
✓ Use or possession of illegal drugs or substances
✓ Smoking in designated non-smoking areas
✓ Weapons of any kind (except authorized law enforcement)
✓ Unauthorized commercial activities or solicitation
✓ Fireworks or open flames without authorization
✓ Damage to plants, trees, or wildlife
✓ Harassment, fighting, or threatening behavior
✓ Trespassing in restricted or closed areas
Violation of park rules may result in removal from the property without refund and possible ban from future visits. Serious violations may result in legal action.
Your safety is important to us, but participation in park activities involves inherent risks. By using the park, you acknowledge:
✓ You use park facilities at your own risk
✓ You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of minors in your care
✓ Physical activities may carry risk of injury
✓ Weather conditions may affect activities
✓ You should not participate in activities beyond your physical capabilities
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebration Park Naples and its owners, operators, employees, and agents are not liable for:
✓ Personal injury or property damage resulting from park use
✓ Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
✓ Injuries resulting from your own negligence or misconduct
✓ Acts of third parties or other visitors
✓ Weather-related incidents or natural occurrences
We maintain reasonable safety measures but cannot guarantee a risk-free environment.
Leashed pets are welcome in designated outdoor areas only. Pet owners must:
✓ Keep pets on a leash at all times
✓ Clean up after pets immediately
✓ Ensure pets are well-behaved and non-aggressive
✓ Not bring pets into indoor facilities or restricted areas
✓ Assume full liability for any damage or injuries caused by their pets
Service animals are always welcome throughout the park.
By visiting the park, you acknowledge that:
✓ You may appear in photographs or videos taken by staff or other visitors
✓ The park may use photos/videos of public areas for promotional purposes
✓ All park branding, logos, and materials are protected by copyright
✓ Commercial photography requires prior written permission
Facility rentals and event bookings are subject to our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.

✓ Cancellation policies vary by facility and date
✓ We reserve the right to cancel events for weather, safety, or operational reasons
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who:
✓ Violates these Terms of Use
✓ Behaves in a disruptive or dangerous manner
✓ Appears intoxicated or under the influence
✓ Poses a safety risk to themselves or others
✓ Has been previously banned from the park
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the park after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
